It's so buggy in the kitchen 💦.
The menu is gradually changing and recommendations are also changing for the summer.
At any rate, dessert tarts, risotto, vegetable appetizers, and a few other things 😁.
There is always a salad or vegetable menu on the menu, and the salads will be changing soon.

It's a tough but fun time.
We have our staff try it, see how they react, and then decide whether to put it on the menu...or not...!
